The Board of Directors of “Qassim Cement Co.” (3040) has decided to distribute SAR 71.3 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the third quarter of 2024.

The company stated that the number of shares entitled to dividends is approximately 109.8 million shares, at 0.65 riyals per share.
The dividends will be distributed on November 28 and will be paid on December 15.

Qassim Cement’s net profit in the third quarter saw increasing by more than 800% YoY, surpassing SAR 72 million.
This growth was driven by higher sales value and volume, as well as increased revenues and returns from financial investments.
Its net profits for the first nine months of this year rose by about 117.2%, reaching SAR 219.5 million.
Earnings per share increased to SAR 2.24, compared to SAR 1.12 in the same period of 2023.
